Please remember to bring in your driving license and 2 separate proofs of address (phone bill, utilities bill, bank statement etc), dated within the last 3 months. These can be paper or digital copies - from your banking app on your phone for example.
We will need to check your driving license with DVLA - you can provide an active check code or provide us with your National Insurance number on the day for us to check in branch.
All hires require a £100 deposit. This can be paid by card or cash and will be refunded at the end of the hire when the vehicle is returned fully fuelled and damage free.
We require a physical credit or debit card to take your payment - not just contactless.
All drivers must be aged between 23 and 75. Drivers aged 23-24 must have held a full clean license for at least 2 years. Drivers aged 25-75 must have held their license for 1 year.
You must have no major convictions on your driving license. If you have more than 6 points or points for any non-minor offences, please call us to check that we can cover you on our insurance.
