Scotland’s Powerchair Football Team are heading to the EUROS in Italy – and we’re absolutely buzzing to be part of their journey! ⚽🇮🇹
At AK Rental, we’ve donated a van to carry their powerchairs and kit all the way to the tournament. But this isn’t just any van… we’ve had it specially wrapped with photos of the team in action, and trust us – it looks incredible. If you spot it on the road over the next few weeks, give them a wave!
For us, this is about more than just handing over a set of keys. These lads are an inspiration – showing what determination, teamwork, and a love of the game can achieve. When we met them at their final training session on Sunday, the energy and excitement were contagious. We couldn’t be prouder to get behind them.
“We’re all about keeping things local and lending a hand where we can. Backing the team for the EUROS felt like a no-brainer – and we can’t wait to see them do Scotland proud,” said Andy Kyle, owner of AK Rental.
The European Championships will see Scotland take on 10 of the best teams in Europe. It’s a massive stage, and these players are ready to show the world what they can do.
We hope our van not only helps them get their gear safely to Italy but also shines a spotlight on powerchair football here at home. It’s fast, it’s skilful, and it deserves all the support it can get.
